The external meterological conditions have appeared to be unexpected, forcing Buttons and I to remain indoors for innumerable consecutive days. These constraints necessitated entertainment for Buttons thanks to his inability to amuse himself. Me, I find endless delight in the hay of our lavatory. He, manducates the floor of the enclosure or leisurely takes respite in the corner.
My custodian endeavours to divert his attentions by presenting us with amusements such as stacking cups and an IQ board filled with treats. He finds limited enjoyment with these contraptions; I suspect it is due to him not being able to easily obtain the treats as he rather enjoys being idle.
Cardboard, packaging papers and boxes are closest to my heart. I find hours of entertainment shredding, tossing and sleeping on the debris. I also have found pleasure in chewing dried fruit sticks. I remove the bark and then carry the ramulus in my mouth and devour it from one end to the other.
The environmental conditions settled closer to the end of the month and we were al fresco. The light coloured covering placed upon the enclosure refracted the heat from the sun, making it most welcome as my hair causes calefaction of my figure. I appreciate when the covering is removed as the afternoon dappled shade of the garden stimulates the senses.
